Discussion On Effects Of Raising Pigs Of Biological Fermentation Bed By Different Padding Strains And Microbial Feed Additives

The technology of fermentation bed is a new type of ecological pigs.It includes how to choose the material of padding and microbial inoculum,make fermentation bed,The daily management of fermentation bed and others.It breaks down waste which from pigs,through the fermentation bed which is consist of mad and microorganism,The whole process free of pollution,and environmental protection.Compared with the traditional pigs way,fermentation technology could reduce the pollution of pigs,enhance the pigs immunity,reduce the production costs,improve the production efficiency and many other advantages.In this article,the two companies’ mat and microbial strains feed additives used for fermentation bed raising pigs,at the same time compared difference between fermentation bed and traditional raising pigs,clarify the influence of mat microbial strains and feed additives for the pig,The results of points as follows:(1)Through determination of temperature,pH of the fermentation mattess material fermentation,found temperature of mat stacking fermentation experienced a risen temperature,maintain high temperature,gradually cooling process.In the pigs breeding process,all columns mat temperature change little by negative pressure cooling system.the pH value in mat stacking fermentation first down then up.(2)Through the determination of different column of the mattress material bacteria changes of fermentation,The results showed:in the process of raising the bar spores,bacteria,yeast,lactic acid bacteria content declined,and lactic acid bacteria content down significantly.Spores bacteria content keep at 106 cfu/g magnitude,yeast keep at 105 cfu/g magnitude,lactic acid bacteria from 106 cfu/g fell to 105 cfu/g.(3)Adopt the whole factors design,compared influence of the two company mat strains and feed additive to the pig weight gain,pig meat consumption materials,F/G.The results show:mat microbial strains and feed additives have significantly influence to pig weight increase;mat microbial strains and feed additives have low influence to pig consumption materials,the difference of consumption materials between traditional pigs and fermentation bed is not obvious.the F/G of traditional pigs is higher than fermentation bed pigs and not obvious.And feed additive to the influence of the F/G is not significant.(4)The cost comparison of fermentation bed pigs and traditional pigs shows:The cost of fermentation bed pigs of artificial,water and electricity far less than traditional pigs;Feed costs slightly lower than traditional pigs;The former increases the mat raw material costs and purchase strains cost.General accounting cost,fermentation bed lower than traditional raising pigs.
