| In order to increase potato yield,keep potato seed,break through the traditional cultivation mode,explore new cultivation methods,in this paper,four early maturing potato varieties were used as experimental materials.The direct growth and seedling cultivation were carried out by community test in facility greenhouses,and studied the effects of two kinds of cultivation methods on the growth index,physiological index,yield and quality of potato during,provided effective basis and technical guidance for the potato cultivation and production.The main results are as follows:1.Potato buds were used to direct the experiment,then the emergence rate was found to be above 90%.In the direct cultivation experiment,the potato buds with the length of 10 cm ± 1cm,15 cm ± 1cm and 20 cm ± 1cm were selected for direct planting.The emergence rate were determinated which performed 15 cm straight plant> 10 cm straight plant> 20 cm direct planting> buds live.In the plant height,photosynthetic parameters,growth days and yield measurement values,20 cm straight planting> 15 cm straight planting> 10 cm direct planting> buds live,but 15 cm potato and 20 cm potato buds treatment difference between the smaller.The longer the length of the potato buds is serious,the survival rate is low.In the case of ensuring the yield,the 15 cm potato buds are more suitable for potato cultivation.2.The different parts of potato buds with the length of 15 cm ± 1cm were chose by us for direct cultivation.The results were showed that all the tested varieties tested by the direct planting of potato buds during the seedling stage and the growth period of potato plants,potato top buds > potato middle buds> potato tail buds> CK.The treatment and control were significantly different,the output performance is particularly significant,with potato top buds directly transplanted the best.Therefore,in potato shoot direct planting research,potato top buds direct planting more effective.3.Different length of potato buds nutrition bowl nursery cultivation,the potato top buds 3cm ± 0.5cm,5cm ± 0.5cm,7cm ± 0.5cm length of potato shoots were selected for the test.The values of the four tested varieties in the seedling stage and the plant growth period were as follows: 7cm nursery> 5cm nursery> 3cm nursery> potato seedling(CK).But there was no significant difference in the final yield of 7cm nursery cultivation compared with 5cm nursery cultivation.Integrating potato bud survival rate,quantity,growth time,post-management and other factors,to choose 5cm length of potato buds for nutrition bowl nursery more simple and quick.4.In the different parts of potato bud nursery cultivation,the potatoes were cultivated with potato chips of 5cm ± 0.5cm length cultivated in potato top,potato middle and potato tail.The results showed that the seedling index,photosynthetic rate,dry matter distribution rate and yield were the best indexes in the cultivation of potato top buds,followed by the cultivation of middle buds,tail buds,and finally for the potato seedling cultivation.Therefore,different parts of potato buds comparative analysis,the potato top buds were more suitable for nutrition bowl nursery cultivation. |
