Rose Rugosa has a high ornamental and economic value,as a fine variety for extracting international essential oils and processing rose dew.Its extracts the essential oil for Genuine Rose oil.Its essential oil is expensive,known as "liquid gold".Bulgarian rose production can not meet the needs of the market,it is necessary to study the technology of tissue culture and rapid propagation.The test studied the startup culturing of Rose Rugosa,the effects of different combinations of 6-BA and IBA concentration on growing point proliferation of Rose Rugosa,the effects of Browning Additives on Rose Rugosa,the effects of different cytokinin types and concentration on growing point proliferation of Rose Rugosa,the effects of different auxin types or concentration and culture medium types on rooting of Rose Rugosa.The results of the study are as follows:1.Start cultureThe most suitable medium for Rose Rugosa was MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA,the germination percentage was 83.33%.2.Primary cultureMS+1.5mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LIBA and MS+1.5mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LIBA was the most appropriate medium of primary culturing.The proliferation multiple was 3.01and3.18.3.Study on Browning ControlThe study on the control of the Bulgarian Rose browning,ascorbic acid(VC)is the most suitableanti browning agent for the growth of Bulgarian Rose.The optimum concentration was 0.5g/L.4.SubcultureThe most suitable for the process of subculture of Rose Rugosa cytokinin type was CPPU,There was no significant difference in the effect of auxin on growing point proliferation of Rose Rugosa.The most appropriate medium of Subculturing was MS+0.2mg/LCPPU+0.05mg/LIBA+0.5g/LVC.The prolifertion multiple was 4.24.5.Rooting cultureThe most appropriate auxin type to rooting wasNAA,the most appropriate NAA concentration to induct rooting was 1.0mg/L.Best basic medium was 1/2MS.The most appropriate medium of rooting culturing was 1/2MS+1.0mg/LNAA+0.5g/LAC,the rooting rate was 86.67,the rooting number was 4.1 per test-tube plantlet,the average root length was 3.6cm.
