| In order to study the dry matter and nutrient accumulation of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapevine, dig 3 Cabernet Sauvignon grapevine and 3 Chardonnay grapevine from the field which have the same growing status(germination period, shoot growth period, flowering period, fruit period, turn stage, maturity stage, leaf stage)and the same age(6 years old).Separated the roots, the stems, the annual branches, the leaves and the fruit, then dry and weigh the dry weight of each part.Weigh a few grams of the sample, crushed, sieved, measuring the content of various nutrients, and then calculate the absolute content of elements in of each grapevine organ. The result shows as follows:1.The accumulation of dry matter in Cabernet Sauvignon grapevine was 172.96g,and the accumulation of nutrient elements N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn were 2.1154g,0.3374 g,1.6249 g,2.3872 g,0.3584 g,58.3566 mg,9.5481 mg,2.5636 mg,9.7337 mg,respectively. The accumulation of dry matter in Chardonnay grapevine was 70.74g,and the accumulation of nutrient elements N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn were 2.3422g,0.5108g,2.1447g,2.1296g,respectively.2.In the Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay trees, the accumulation of different nutrient elements in the flowering period and the young fruit enlargement period is more, and the accumulation after the veraison period is slow.In the roots and stems of grapes, the accumulation of different nutrient elements in the young fruit enlargement and the veraison period is less,or even negative.May be due to the period, the stored nutrients of root and stem parts are also involved in the supply of the upper part for vegetative growth and reproductive growth. In the leaves of grapes, the accumulation of nutrient elements increased rapidly from the flowering period, providing a material basis for the growth of the fruit. In the fruit of grapes, the accumulation of different nutrients mainly concentrated in the young fruit enlargement period, and the accumulation of nutrient elements is slow in the mature period. |
