| In order to explore vine trees’ absorption and utilization of nutrition at different grow ing stages, then provide fertilizer-management theories with vine production,5 annual Caber net Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapevine, two main vine trees’ cultivars of red and white, was used as material in the experiment,Using full-automatic dropper device to irrigate the se two kinds of 5a grapes timing quantitatively with modified Hoadland’s solution, the stu dy focuses on the variation of shoot growth, photosynthesis, fruit quality, ten kinds of ele ments contents in fruit、leaf and petiole, the absorption of elements and water. The results showed that:1.At the same time,Cabernet Sauvignon’s growth variation was greater than Chardonnay’s g rowth variation, the quickest one is the shoot length,Cabernet Sauvignon’s shoot growth var iation was more than Chardonnay’s growth variation 1.83cm.2.In Summary, found that the mineral elements content in different organs in not much differenc e between the two varieties, but have a consistent rule,Such as,N、P、B mineral elements cont ent shows leaf>the petiole and fruit;K、Zn mineral elements content shows that petiol e>leaf and fruit;Ca mineral elements content shows the petiole、leaf>fruit;Cu、Mn、Mg,the three kinds of mineral elements content in different organs of petiole>leaf>fruit;Fe mineral elements content shows the leaf>fruit>petiole; Most of these elements in t he leaves and petioles of relatively similar change trend,.Including N,K,Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca.Relativ elyl stable element changes in fruit, small amplitude.3.The absorption of ten kinds of elements of single grapevine from blooming to maturing:① Cabernet Sauvignon:Ca 47.17g,N 43.60g,K 33.20,P28.03g,Mg 9.87g,Fe 171.20mg,B67.94mg,Mn36.47mg,Zn21.05mg,Cu 19.68mg;② Chardonnay::Ca45.01g,N40.68g,K31.84g,P26.81g,Mg 9.61g,Fe 167.48mg,B63.39mg,Mn32.64mg,Zn18.75mg,Cu16.81mg.4.The law of water requirement in grapevine from blooming to maturing:the total water absorption:Cabernet Sauvignon(568.45L/plant),Chardonnay:547.27L/plant).the maximum water requirements were in the expansion period:Cabernet Sauvignon(297.07L/plant),accoun ted for as 52.56%,Chardonnay(292.19L/plant);accounted for as 53.39%;the maturation p eriod was secondly, closed to the half amount of the expansion period’s;the lowest one w as the anthesis period,Cabernet Sauvignon(26.74L/plant),Chardonnay:(24.78L/plant).accou nted for as 4.7%and 4.53%;the young fruit period was no different than the veraison pe riod, all accounted for as 9.82%~12.19%. |
