The Influence Of Organic Fertilizer On Landscape Soil Properties In Wu Lan Town

Thiscoutry of Wu Lan town is located in the west of Erdos city,surrounded by MaoWuSu and KuBuJi desert,poor soil,the lack of rain,the water resources are scarce.In order to improve the microclimate condition in the area of Wu Lan town,since 2008,the WuLan town,increase the intensity of botanical garden afforestation construction,a lot of planting the landscape nursery stock.In order to make the healthy seedling growth,increase the local soil fertility,we selected the WuLan Ecological Botanical Garden as a testing ground for 24 pieces of soil sample.We spreaded in the spring of 2013 to 24 pieces of sample into the organic fertilizerandcompound fertilizer,andgrewindigenous plant,determination of the amount of the local plant growth,flower bud number,new twig growth,single leaf area and some physical and chemical indicators such as nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,soil organic matter and soil enzyme.Comprehensive evaluation of the role oforganic fertilizer on seedling and soil,through increasing organic fertilizer to increase soil fertility and the purpose of improvement of desertification soil.The results show that:Application of organic fertilizer,compare with the compound fertilizer has a better role in promotingof the populus bolleanaDBH,the wild peach DBH,the clove plant height and day lilies rhizome bud number,can better improve the quality of flower bud of garden plant,to better promote the growth of the plant body new tip,promote the plant of the single leaf area increased.After two years of experiment,populus bolleana DBH increased by 3 cm,wild peach DBH increased 2 cm,clove plant height increased 50 cm,day lilies rhizome bud number increased by 2;Populus bolleana flower bud number increased by 13,wild peach flower bud number increased by 10,clove bud number increased by 10,day lilies flower bud number increased by 2;populus bolleana new shoots increased by 2.2m,wild peach new shoots increased by 1.1m,clove new shoots increased by 70 cm,day lilies new shoots increased 25cm;Populus alba singleleaf area increased by 0.0026m2,wild peach singleleaf area increased by 0.0028m2,clove singleleaf area increased by 0.01m2,day lilies singleleaf area increased by 0.0032m2.Application of organic fertilizers,the soil catalase,urease,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter content increased significantly,organic fertilizer application obviously improve the soil properties,increase the soil fertility.After test,catalase activity increased by 306%,and urease activity increased by 144%,and total nitrogen content increased by 82.14%,and total phosphorus content increased 61.31%,available potassium content increased by 56.31%,and organic matter content increased by 92.30%.
