| Shanxi province is one of the major provinces as important corn production in Chain, and Yuci district is the main area of corn production in Shanxi province.In recent years, the full mechanization of corn production in Shanxi province has been lagging behind, technology difficulties of corn mechanized harvesting have severely restricted the development of agricultural modernization and corn full mechanization. Only improved the level of corn mechanized harvesting, mechanization would be achieved, thereby agricultural development in Shanxi province would be promoted.Demonstration area construction about corn full mechanization of Agriculture Ministry has been undertaken by Yuci district, Shanxi province. In order to get better demonstration area construction, the thesis attempts to comb the existing literature related to the corn full mechanization research, summarizes current situation of agriculture and corn mechanization in Yuci district, emphasizes the study on the comparative tests of corn combine, analyses reasonably impact factors of corn full mechanization in Yuci district. Through combining with practical experience of corn planting in demonstration area construction, present this thesis, which make the study on the full mechanization of corn become meaningful with high practical value.The thesis combines with practical experience of demonstration area construction about corn full mechanization of Agriculture Ministry, in the process of corn planting, traditional pattern of corn planting has been made effort to improve technologically. Every process has been operated by advanced and appropriate mechanical technology, in terms of process flow, technical essentials, production criterion, equipment assembling, service pattern, summarizes the main production pattern of full mechanization which is propitious to popularize in Yuci district as well as the equipment assembling plan and criterion of every production process. The results of this thesis are based on a series of mechanized production patterns, which includes fertilization and souring, field management, mechanically harvesting, straws returning and rotary tillage. Its aim is to ease workers for other jobs, save labor cost, raise incomes and promote the development of agricultural modernization. |
