Research On Screening Chinese Herbal Immunostimulants And Their Effects On Non-specific Immunity For Acipenser Stellatus

The effects of four kinds of Chinese medicinal herb compound additives on growth,blood biochemical indicator,non-specific immune,antioxidant capacity and the expression of C1q,HSP70,HSP90 of Acipenser stellatus were studied.Acipenser stellatus were divided into 4 experiment groups and 1 control group randomly.The results as follow:(1)The weight gain was increased obviously in compound 1 and 2,the hepatosmatic index was enhanced significantly in compound 4;the content of total protein were increased obviously in compound 1 and the content of albumin were increased obviously in compound 1,3,4;the content of UA was reduced obviously in compound 2,4 and the content of UN was reduced obviously in compound 3;the content of GLU was increased obviously in compound 4;The activity of AKP and AST were significantly increased,LDH was reduced obviously in compound 2;the content of TBIL was reduced obviously in compound2,3,4.The experiment results showed that the growth and blood biochemical indicator of Acipenser stellatus were improved after feeding diet with Chinese medicinal herb.(2)The activity of T-SOD in liver was increased significantly in compound 1 of Chinese herbal medicine,and the content of MDA in liver,spleen,serum were also reduced significantly.The activity of T-SOD and T-AOC in serum were increased significantly in compound 2 of Chinese herbal medicine;The content(activity)of lysozyme and T-SOD in spleen were increased obviously,and the content of MDA in liver was also reduced significantly in compound 2.The activity of T-SOD,CAT in liver and the activity of lysozyme,T-SOD,CAT in spleen were increased significantly in compound 3 of Chinese herbal medicine.The activity of lysozyme,T-NOS,CAT in serum and the activity of lysozyme,T-SOD in liver were increased obviously in compound 4 of Chinese herbal medicine.The content of MDA in serum and spleen were also reduced significantly in compound 4.The activity of GSH-PX in liver and serum were increased obviously in all group.The experiment results showed that compound 4 could improve the non-specific immune and antioxidant capacity effectively,and it’s an excellent antioxidant of Chinese herbal medicine for Acipenser stellatus.(3)The expression of C1q in liver,spleen,kidney and the expression of HSP90 were increased obviously in serum,liver,kidney in compound 1 of Chinese herbal medicine;The expression of C1q in hemocyte,liver,spleen,kidney and the expression of HSP70 in hemocyte,liver were increased significantly in compound 2.The expression of C1q and HSP90 in liver,spleen,kidney and the expression of C1q and HSP70 in hemocyte were increased significantly in compound 3.The expression HSP70 in serum,hemocyte,liver,spleen,kidney were increased significantly in compound 4.The experiment results showed that the expression of C1q,HSP90 and HSP70 in liver,spleen,kidney of Acipenser stellatus were improved after feeding diet with Chinese medicinal herb.Compound 4 could improve the non-specific immune and antioxidant capacity effectively,and it’s an excellent antioxidant of Chinese herbal medicine for Acipenser stellatus.
