| In this thesis, alternative information collection planted outside verification of systematic analysis, combined with GIS theory and technology, information collection design and development of an information collection system for verification work. To improve the existing verification mode, improve work efficiency, rich attribute data collection methods and increasing data accuracy.Firstly, on the basis of the existing alternative verification business process analysis and research on the investigation of the system demand analysis and feasibility studies, system data structure, function module division and the overall design framework for the overall design; based on the overall design on the idea of modular development,based on the Android system platform, ArcGIS for Android secondary development of GIS components, Spatialite Baidu LBS spatial database and cloud services technology, using Java on the Eclipse platform, the system was developed and implemented.Design and implementation of six major functional modules:Basic Operation, GPS modules, tools, layer selection, data collection and data management module. Basic Operation module implements the map on the basis of operation (zoom, pan and rotate, etc.), and find, acquire any point latitude and longitude, measured based on the length measurement and area of the screen; GPS module first GPS positioning to achieve, and then achieve on this basis based on the length and area measurements GPS track, finally realized the function of GPS status; tool module provides a means of access to multimedia information (pictures, video, audio and sketches) and accessibility (Baidu electronic compass and map); layer selection module realized raster and vector data to open, delete, and hidden features; data acquisition module based on GPS screen and point, line, surface acquisition; data management module for data acquisition display, delete, change and delete functions, while taking advantage of Baidu LBS implements cloud services cloud storage data collection. In an alternative planting system verification to achieve accurate spatial data, convenient and efficient collection, use a lot of multimedia data acquisition means rich attribute data, improved information collection efficiency and accuracy of data collection, reducing collection errors, a lot of support raster and vector data loaded, while taking advantage of cloud services to upload the collected data, to ensure maximum data security.Finally, from the overall design, detailed design and function to achieve in terms of paper summarized, emphasizing the innovative use of the database and cloud services.
