This experiment is to "Xinfeng No. 2" pepper as the experimental material, the temperature set at 20 ℃, 25℃ and 30 ℃ three temperature gradient, using nine different LED light(red 660 nm, red 630 nm, yellow light, green light, white light, blue light, purple light,blue violet, bao languang) and the LED light source of the group photo shoot plant study different light quality, light intensity, effects of light and temperature on Photosynthesis of pepper, in order to pepper in Protected Cultivation of light quality environment regulation and temperature regulation provide reference.The main results are as follows:1. The modified module of rectangular hyperbola could well simulated the light response curve of photosynthetic for pepper.2. Under different LED and light intensity, the net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were all increased with the photosynthetically active radiation increase. However, the intercellular CO2 concentration was decreased. In the suitable temperature of 25℃ we also found that the net photosynthetic rate in white, sapphire blue and red light 630 nm of pepper was higher than other light quality. It tends to become stable for 1800μmol.m-2.s-1 in photosynthetic active radiation. The absorption rate and utilization rate of CO2 were higher under white light. The stomatal conductance of pepper in red was higher than other light quality. The transpiration rate of pepper in red light 630 nm and white was higher than other light quality.So in the suitable temperature of 25 ℃ the photosynthetic ability of pepper under white light and red light 630 nm was stronger.3. The combination of different temperature and LED light has a significant effect on the photosynthesis of pepper leaves. The net photosynthetic rate of hot pepper leaves at 25 ℃degrees was higher than that at 20℃ and 30℃. Among the two kinds of light combination,pepper leaves in white light and bao Languang of the combined light net optical synthetic rate was higher than that of other combination of light, the better combination of bao languang/white light(5/4) and white/bao languang(7/2). In the combination of three kinds of light, pepper leaves in combination with bao languang/green/red 630nm(5/3/1) and bao languang/red 630nm/yellow light(6/2/1) net photosynthetic rate of higher than other combinations. In the combination of four light, pepper leaves in combination with white light/red 630nm/yellow light/red 660nm(6/1/1/1) and red 630nm/bao languang/yellowlight/white(5/2/1/1) net photosynthetic rate of higher than other combinations. In the combination of five kinds of light, the net photosynthetic rate of pepper leaves was higher than other combinations under the combination of red light 630nm/yellow/red 660nm/white light/green light(5/1/1/1/1).So pepper at a temperature of 25℃ and the combination of bao languang/green light/red 630nm(5/3/1) and white light/red 630nm/yellow light/red 660nm(6/1/1/1) ability is strong, the accumulation of organic matter more, the fairly hot pepper growth.
