With the development of high pressure and high power of aircraft actuation system,the performance of reciprocating seals is becoming more and more important for the normal operation and future development of aircraft hydraulic actuation systems.This paper will process and analyze the test data through the system identification technology,and establish the model between the friction and the working conditions of reciprocating seals.The research mainly includes the following contents:Chapter one:Introduction.The importance of reciprocating seals for the future development of aircraft actuation system is introduced;This chapter summarizes the main research direction,study methods and trends of reciprocating seals through the domestic and international research survey,makes clear the meaning and purpose of the research,and determines the research approaches to analyze the friction of reciprocating seals by the test data obtained from the working condition simulation system.The second chapter:The design of the test system.The functional requirements of the test system and the working condition simulation systems from the view of design and component checking is introduced,including the simulations of the pressure,reciprocating speed,temperature and airborne vibration system.The third chapter:The simulation analysis of the test system.Simulation analysis is carried out for the four working conditions of the test system one by one to verify the feasibility of the test system and analyze the state of each working condition simulation system using the AMESim,Ansys simulation software.The fourth chapter:The analysis of friction of reciprocating seals.A lot of reciprocating seal tests are carried out on the related test equipments.According to the system identification technology,a variety of machine learning algorithm models are compared.Finally,the model based on the SVR algorithm is determined to be the best.At the same time,according to the friction characteristic model of reciprocating seals,the friction force of reciprocating seals is predicted and the coupling relationship between the working conditions is analyzed in detail.The fifth chapter:Summary and prospect.The progress and achievements of the research on the friction of reciprocating seals are summarized,and the future research direction and prospect are put forward.
