Helicopter aviation technology in the 20 th century is one of the distinctive creation,with outstanding characteristics of low low-speed maneuvering flight,vertical take-off and landing in the small area of the site and hovering,etc,it has been widely used in People's Daily life and modern war with strong mobility and flexibility.But the helicopter is a product of high science and technology with investment cycle is long,high risk,such as noise and vibration faults,which makes the contradiction between market demand and production are in short supply increasing.So people made a further demand for the helicopter,namely,to strengthen the six kinds of helicopter performance,shorten the development cycle,reduce the manufacturing cost,reduce the risk of development and make the vibration noise control,etc.With the helicopter flying especially accelerated in the process of flight process,its head parts under high pressure,so we make the helicopter head as the research object,the numerical simulation technology are adopted to simulate the helicopter flying in two phase flow under the action of accelerating process and observe its flight state have considerable significance.In this paper,we have studied the flight process of helicopter in the environment of air and water two-phase flow,and established a numerical geometric model for the helicopter head and the flow field around it.Using multiple physical field coupling software MpCCI,joint fluid calculation software Fluent and the structure analysis software Abaqus to carry out the multi physical field coupling calculation of fluid solid and fluid solid heat transfer in the process of helicopter flight from acceleration to uniform flight,in the air and water two phase flow,and under the influence of lateral flow cases.The dynamic display model(FSI)or the coupled temperature displacement model(fluid solid heat coupling)is used to the structure.The flow field is calculated using the standard k-? turbulence model.We obtained the results of stress field,displacement field,temperature field and velocity field,etc,and carried out the convective heat transfer analysis of helicopter head.Comparative analysis result get the following conclusion: Based on the multi physical field coupling calculation platform of MpCCI,joint fluid calculation software Fluent and the structure analysis software Abaqus to carry out the multi physical field coupling calculation of fluid solid and fluid solid heat transfer is useful for reference.The angle of the inner part of the casing produces stress concentration,which needs to be dealt with at the angle,so as to make the transition smoothly to eliminate the sharp angle.In the front of the helicopter,the beam area of the head of the helicopter has a large displacement is 4.2 mm,and the corresponding measures should be taken to improve the displacement.The thermal stress produced by the fluid solid heat coupling calculation has a certain effect on the deformation of the helicopter head.The calculated coupled surface temperatures with fixed convective heat transfer coefficients are generally higher than the normal calculated coupled surface temperatures by 1K,so we need to change the application method of convection coefficient.
