With the development of science and technology, the development of electronic devices toward to multi function, high power, miniaturization and highly integration. The cooling problems of high-density electronic products gradually prominent in engineering practice. In response to this engineering problem, Based on thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling effect of the elastic support plate pulsating flow induced vibration, the enhanced heat transfer method of Wall heat dissipation is put forward in this paper. The mechanism on thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling effect enhanced heat transfer of the elastic support plate pulsating flow induced vibration is revealed by means of comparative Analysis between the pulsating flow induced swinging conditions of elastic support plate and fixed plate pulsating flow conditions,and its key regulatory parameters are cleared which laid the theoretical foundation for industrial applications. The major achievements are as follows:(1) The continuous plate swinging vibration environment was created in this paper by means of pulsating flow and the elastic support, which provided technical means, and study the pulsating flow induced swinging vibration characteristics and modal of the elastic support plate, plate pulsating flow-induced vibration frequency is less than the plate natural frequency, vibration deformation, pulsating fluid-induced vibration plate subjected to alternating stress, its maximum Mises equivalent stress is less than allowable stress of material,which will not cause the plate induced flow induced vibration failure.(2) Through numerical simulation comparative Analysis between the pulsating flow induced swinging conditions of elastic support plate and fixed plate pulsating flow conditions,the mechanism on thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling effect enhanced heat transfer of the elastic support plate pulsating flow induced vibration is revealed. Research results show that thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling heat transfer enhancement is controlled by the two way thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling effect between the wall boundary deformation swinging motion of elastic support plate the radiating surface and the near wall fluid pulsating flow, the stronger its effect, the stronger the effect of the elastic support plate wall boundary deformation swinging motion accelerating the near wall fluid velocity field, the thinner the near wall heat flux layer thickness of elastic supporting plate, The greater the temperature difference between radiating surface and near wall fluid and the near wall fluid vortices turbulence intensity, which must result in the heat transfer enhancement effect of two way thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling strengthens.(3) The two way thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling heat transfer enhancement effect of the elastic support plate pulsating flow induced vibration increase with increasing of pulsating flow amplitude and frequency, but increase with decreasing of the plate elastic support stiffness, Increasing the pulsating flow amplitude and frequency, or reducing plate elastic support stiffness will be in favor of increasing the flow-induced vibration amplitude, which must result in the heat transfer enhancement effect of two way thermal fluid-solid multi-field coupling strengthens.
