This paper aimed to optimize the envelope insulation of rural residential in Guanzhong district.Energy-saving of rural residential building is slowly developing in our country,architectural design lack of guidance in energy-saving design,lower building thermal performance and higher building energy consumption,is not conducive to the sustainable development of rural energy.Guanzhong district in Shaanxi province belong to the cold climate zone mostly,heating consumption is the main component of the building energy.The residence in rural is mostly self-build,the envelope without insulation and the building thermal loads is high,Average heat consumption is many times of town housing.Insulate the building envelope is an effective way to reduce building thermal loads,but rural technology and economy limited,insulation technology cannot copy town buildings.The study of economic optimization of the envelope insulation in rural district is necessary.Based on the climate of Guanzhong district,the status of the rural residence and heating energy used in winter,optimize the insulation of envelope in the partial best and the total best two level from an economic point of view.First of all,through the whole life cycle theory analysis model,using the SIR(saving to investment radio)to analysis different insulation structures economic benefit in the partial best level,and optimize that exterior wall and roofing insulation layer thickness and outer window structure.On this basis,put forward based on the discretization of investment returns than rural residential eat preservation method,using the ?SIR index to analysis the envelope insulation in different investment,through compares the economic benefits obtained under different cost and got the best structure of envelope insulation.Applying these theories to typical rural residential,got the best insulation scheme of typical building under different investment and energy saving rate.In addition,write programs and easy to get best insulation scheme of building envelope,compared the program solution with the theoretical solution to accuracy of the calculating program for verification.Get the following results:(1)The thermal performance of rural residential in Guanzhong district is poor and potentiality of energy conservation is huge.Consider the rural economic and technological level,summarize the insulation technique for the envelope of rural residence: external walls should use exterior insulating layer with EPS and XPS plate;The roof should use the pour insulating layer with EPS,XPS,or rock plate,and slope roof also can insulated with a ceiling.Exterior window suggested with double window.(2)Analysis the economy of envelope insulation technique in all-life cycle,and got the best period of insulating layer thickness.Clay brick wall can be used 60~90mm thickness EPS plate or 40~60mm thickness XPS plate to insulating.Beiyan hollow brick wall insulation can be used 50~80mm thickness EPS plate,40~50mm thickness XPS plate or 40~50mm thickness heat preservation mortar;The concrete flat roof can be insulated with 50~80mm thickness EPS plate,30 ~ 60 mm thickness XPS plate or 60~110mm thickness rock cotton plate.Slope roof insulation can be used 40~80mm thickness EPS plate,30~50mm thickness XPS plate or 50~90mm thickness rock cotton plate.Slope roof ceiling heat insulation can be used 70~90mm thickness rock cotton plate.(3)The earning of insulation measures for building envelop is different,and economic benefit is different.Prioritize the measure which have a high returns will give maximum revenue for the limited funds.Therefore,analysis of economic benefit of exterior wall,roof and window,comparing the ?SIR index of different insulation measures,and optimize the insulation structure of building envelope,aimed to offer best insulation projects for different economic level of rural residence.This paper optimized the envelope insulation structure of rural residence in Guanzhong area,gave the suggestions of exterior wall,roof and window insulation measures;and presented a strategy for insulation project of rural residence.
