Study On The Envelope Energy Efficiency Of Rural Residence In Beijing Suburb

The design of energy efficiency of rural residential buildings is just making its initial starting, and is dropped behind in comparison with that in the urban area. While the difference between the country and the city has decided that the design of energy efficiency of rural residential buildings can not copy the experiences of energy efficiency of urban residential buildings. Therefore, the research of design of energy efficiency of rural residential buildings must be strengthened.The paper firstly put forwards the representative forms of rural residences in Beijing suburb through the field survey of structural forms of outer building envelop of rural residential buildings in Beijing suburb and the analysis of the statistics, confirming the structural forms of building envelop of the typical rural residences of non-energy efficiency in Beijing suburb. Through the investigation and in combination with the theoretical knowledge, it makes comparatively comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the energy consumption of the rural residences. It has adopted the leading principle and thought of taking actions that suit local circumstances, using local materials, high efficiency and convenience, economy and practicability, putting forward a set of design theories and methods suitable for the technology of energy efficiency of outer building envelop of rural residences in Beijing suburb under the present economic and technological conditions in our country.Through the emulation methods, it makes imitation of the yearly heating and energy consumption of refrigeration of the typical rural residences of the non-energy efficiency in Beijing suburb. It for the first time analyzes the emulation experiments through the influences of the four factors such as outer wall materials, window forms, roofing structure, ground structure of the rural residences in Beijing suburb on the inner heating environment, yearly heating and energy consumption of refrigeration of the rural residences, thus establishes the basic pattern suitable for the expansion of rural residences of energy efficiency in Beijing Suburb. It has found out the combination program of optimizing building envelop of energy efficiency of rural residences in Beijing suburb. It has also validated the practical effect of the program of the optimizing building envelop of the rural residences by means of an instance.
