Fuel costs account for more than 70% of the total cost of coal-fired power plants,so the management of fuel for lower spending is the key measurement for power plant.The article sets forth that coal blending is necessary in production from saving energy resources and lower the cost,making the best use of the funds.Combined with the present situation faced by fired power plants with coal blending and fuel management,making analysis of the shortage in management and improper parts in the process.The main research contents and results are as follows :(1)We investigated coal resources from five fired plants,making industrial and elemental analysis of different coals.It can be seen from the results of the survey that the price fluctuation has great influence on the cost of the enterprise.Coal gangue and other low-calorie low-calorie has high sulfur content,it's instability affect the operation of boiler,in order to ensure the safety of operation.Coal blending has become the preferred solution for power plants to reduce costs.(2)We investigate some coal blending technical for preparation guidance and as a data library of resources for the precise auto-coal blending The current condition of equipment resulting in coal gangue particle size that can not meet the requirements.So the overall design principles and objectives is proposed,including coal blending and management of coal without coal banker.(3)With the current situation and the actual requirements of coal power plant boiler,a low cost flexible model of coal blending system and coal supplier database was set.It is a preparation for low calorific value coal power plant as fuel purchasing plan guide and control software to realize the optimization of coal blending fuel.(4)A control system of purchase,transportation monitor,quality analysis,blending is designed and build a software to meet ultra low emissions and for the effective management of coal-fired power plants to provide technical support.The characteristics of this study is to use the source data of the supplier as the data center of the coal management system,and provide the basis for the planning and procurement to avoid the interference of human factors and the deviation of the experience.In order to adapt to the situation of wide fuel source and complicated coal quality,a real-time online optimization coal blending system based on non silo is put forward,which can meet the demand of power plant operation and information management...
