Water is an important component of natural resources and the main material basis for the composition and life of all living creatures,which has a decisive significance for living and human living conditions.With the continuous development of the national social economy,the demand of water for human activities has increased dramatically.At the same time,the water resources pollution has become more and more serious,making the contradiction between water supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent.How to make good use of existing water resources,improve the utilization rate of water resources,rational allocation of limited water resources,and realize the sustainable development of water resources is imminent and has important practical significance.Based on the analysis of current status and the development of water resource assessment at home and abroad,this paper first put forward the concepts and evaluation system of groundwater quality suitability according to the actual situation of Dingbian county.The optimal allocation of water resources is studied in this paper combined with water resources assessment and supply-demand balance in this area.The research result can provide a scientific basis for the reasonable development and utilization of county water resources.Firstly,assessing the surface water and groundwater quality by using "Environmental quality standards for surface water GB3838-2002" and "Quality standard for ground water GB/T 14848-93”.The study results show that the surface quality is poor all over the study area and not suitable as a resource of drinking water.Using the single index method,Nemerow index method and fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate the groundwater quality.The evaluation results of the single index evaluation method show that the groundwater quality is poor,which is closer to the real situation according to the comparison of the above three methods.The result also shows that the groundwater exceeded the rate of 88.02%.Secondly,on the basis of groundwater quality evaluation,the concept and evaluation system of water quality suitability analysis are put forward for the first time.Based on the evaluation system,nine kinds of evaluation factors were used to evaluate the suitability of groundwater quality to different water users.Four kinds of water quality suitability zones were established,namely,? class water area,IV class water area,VA class water area,VB class water area.Then,the water resources of different water quality types in the study area were calculated and evaluated based on the water quality suitable analysis in study area.Using the quota method to forecast the water demand of the water users in the planning level,combined with different water sources of water supply forecast,and to analyze and evaluate the supply and demand balance between the water users and the different water quality.The research results show that most of the ditch area in the county have water shortage,and the phenomenon of pollution-induced water shortage is serious.Finally,this paper puts forward some water resources optimal allocation schemes based on water quality and water quantity configuration.By comparing the economic and comprehensive benefits of different optimal allocation schemes,the optimal scheme of optimal allocation of water resources is obtained,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of water resources in the study area.
