In order to solve the problem of the traditional permanent magnet machine's air gap magnetic field regulation,a novel and effective method of permanent magnet machine magnetic field regulation is explored.In this paper,we propose A new type of magnetic flux switching permanent magnet machine,which outside the body of the flux switching permanent magnet machine with an additional mechanical magnetic adjusting device.Based on the centrifugal force acting on the magnetic device,the synchronous adjustment of the air gap magnetic field with the machine speed is achieved.The topological structure of the machine,the working principle of the machine and the mechanism of the magnetic flux adjusting device are studied are based on a 12/10 stator/rotor pole FSPMSMMD machine.Based on finite element method(FEM),the electromagnetic simulation and parameter optimization of machine are investigated.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the further research and application of this kind of machine.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:1.A summary of the research on flux switching permanent magnet machine and mechanical magnetic regulating machine by experts and scholars at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of several representative types of flux switching permanent magnet machines and mechanical magnetic machines is analyzed,and seeking the optimal analysis method for the machine.2.The structure characteristics of this machine and mechanical device are given in detail.The establishment of 3D model of mechanical adjustable magnetic flux switching permanent magnet machine,analysis the flux switching principle,mechanical structure of additional magnetic field regulating device,machine adjustable magnetic mechanism mechanical adjustable magnetic device and machine combination.The initial electromagnetic design of the machine is obtained by the method of field circuit combination.3.Finite element analysis and calculation of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic properties.Modeling and solving the machine based on the finite element analysis software of Ansoft Maxwell,the static electromagnetic characteristics are investigated,including no-load magnetic field distribution,air gap flux density,open circuit flux linkage,induced EMF,inductance characteristic,etc.The change law of permanent magnet flux and induced electromotive force of the machine is analyzed in detail,which verifies the feasibility of the device.4.Optimization design.According to the size parameters of power dimension equations,which increases the induced electromotive force,to reduce the cogging torque amplitude as the goal.The influence of the main parameters on the overall performance of the machine is optimized based on a 12/10 stator/rotor pole FSPMSMMD machine.Finally,the reference data of the main structure of the machine is obtained.
