Artillery was the most important conventional weapon of modern warfare,as war was needed over time.While the range,accuracy,power of artillery can't with current missile and a higher level of a nuclear bomb,however,the range of the gun by its own flexible,good maneuverability,relatively low cost advantages and characteristics,such as can provide all-weather for war,a full range of fire support.Therefore,artillery in modern warfare,especially local warfare,remains the most reliable conventional weapon in the modern battlefield.For the parameters of the gun powder chamber for precise measurement is to ensure that the projectile can be obtained in the gun tube need sliding speed and rotating speed,guarantee precision of missile body hit one of the key links.The Paper to solve the domestic on gun powder chamber taper measurement is through manual operation parameters,such as the present situation of the related machinery and equipment for measurement,the way of measuring low efficiency and poor measurement precision,high technical requirements of the operator still need replaced by automatic measurement.Research papers gun powder chamber taper measurement,in view of the inner diameter is 150 mm-150 mm gun tube inner diameter measurement of photoelectric detection technology,by systematically discusses pipeline diameter measuring principle and system composition,the design of each part of the instrument and the using method,precision analysis,etc.,and discussed and the technology of digital image processing.The use of grating sensors to measure the inner diameter of an artillery chamber is used to calibrate the position of the grating sensor in the four-quadrant detector,so that it is in the position of the gun barrel.The corresponding signal conditioning circuit is designed to send the test data to the top machine through the processor.The measuring principle of this method is simple,give full aplly to the photoelectric detection technology and the application of intelligent instrument on the measuring technique,not only can very good to complete the design requirements and tasks,and has high accuracy of measurement,the characteristics of simple operation,and makes the system has good generality and can also be applied in different caliber,various types of pipe diameter measurement.
