Steel fiber reinforced concrete is a composite building material short steel fiber evenly distributed in the concrete to enhance the toughening effect,its mechanical properties and durability is obviously higher than that of ordinary concrete,has been widely studied and applied in engineering.Based on the existing research results of steel fiber reinforced concrete,four kinds of steel fiber mixed in any of two different types of steel fiber and steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)compression and shear,tensile and flexural toughness of concrete,the main research contents and related test result as follows:1.The 123 single steel fiber concrete and 22 hybrid steel fiber concrete cube compressive test block,study of steel fiber volume ratio,any effect of two kinds of hybrid steel fiber on the compressive properties of concrete,compressive strength of the concrete expression enhancement coefficient and hybrid steel fiber to draw all kinds of steel fiber.2.The 123 single and 22 mixed steel fiber reinforced concrete steel fiber reinforced concrete cube cleavage strength test block,influence of steel fiber volume ratio,any two kinds of hybrid steel fiber on concrete splitting properties,list of steel fiber reinforced concrete splitting tensile strength and other strength,enhance the expression of splitting tensile strength coefficient and hybrid steel the various kinds of steel fiber reinforced concrete fiber.3.Based on the shear strength test of 123 single fiber reinforced concrete and 22 hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens,the effects of steel fiber volume ratio and any kind of hybrid steel fiber on the shear behavior of concrete were studied.The relationship between shear strength and other strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete is enumerated,and the enhancement coefficient of steel fiber and the shear strength of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete are obtained.4.The 123 single and 22 mixed steel fiber reinforced concrete bending test of steel fiber concrete beam,of steel fiber volume ratio,any effect of two kinds of steelfibers on the flexural properties of reinforced concrete,and the expression of coefficient of hybrid steel fiber concrete flexural strength of various steel fiber.5.Based on the flexural toughness test of 123 single fiber reinforced concrete and22 hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete beams,the effects of steel fiber volume ratio and any kind of hybrid steel fiber on the flexural toughness of concrete were studied.The flexural toughness index and load carrying capacity of single steel fiber reinforced concrete(RC)and 22 hybrid fiber reinforced concrete(RC)beams are compared according to the flexural load deflection curves.
