The high costs of real experiment has impeded loader's development,so we should use the computer simulation instead of real experiment to research of loader.The development of simulation technology is vital to the development of loader.In recent years,there are many studies on loaders.But there are still two problems in the simulation of the working device.Firstly,it's difficult to simulate and optimize of multi-disciplinary because of the single goal.Secondly,in a unified environment,it's difficult to simulate and optimize with multiple software.But we can establish a multidisciplinary model of the working device based on the modelica language.And we also have simulated the models of the mechanics and hydraulic system of loader with Dymola software.It has a significant effect to the design of the loader's working device.Firstly,this article introduces the development,structure and design element of the loader's working device.It also put forward the overall framework,which has benefited for the mechanical modeling.Secondly,this paper introduces the Modelica language,Dymola software and the retraction phenomenon under the unloading condition briefly,and paves the way for the next chapter.Thirdly,based on the basic principle of the hydraulic system modeling,this paper has completed the basic components of the hydraulic using the Modelica language and Dymola platform,and then completed models of the mechanics and hydraulic system of loader,which has benefited the simulation of loader and will lay the foundation for the simulation of loader working device.Then,this paper builds the overall simulation model of the loader working device through using the established model of the mechanics and hydraulic of working device.We have set up simulation model of working device under different working condition.On this basis,this paper has emphatically analyzes the stress condition,speed and inlet flowrate each hydraulic cylinder of loader's working device.Finally,the stress of the cylinder under unloading condition of the loader is analyzed emphatically.Simulation and optimization of the possible retracting phenomena at the limit discharge location were carried out.This paper has concluded the actions on design and working processes of working device.
