Pour ice snow winter road surface phenomena affect traffic operation and easily lead to accidents,how scientific and effective way to inhibit ice Snow Storm in the area,has been public concern.The traditional method of spreading chloride melt snow and ice inefficient and likely to cause serious environmental pollution and road corrosion subsidiary structure damage.In recent years,researchers have begun working efficient and environmentally friendly way of icing technology development initiative,the initiative to remove ice and snow with Embedded technology is based on a new initiative to develop this problem icing technology.This paper selects MFL and V-260 replaces two kinds of active slag materials incorporated melting snow and ice,using AC-16 type of dense-graded asphalt mixture as the research object,the use of an equal volume of MFL method,V-260 direct external addition method in accordance with a certain proportion was added to the asphalt mixture.Design and Experimental Study of active material deposited snow and ice melting under the action of water conditions in the law,the use of Matlab established active material melting snow and precipitation percentage formula embedded active melting of snow and ice asphalt porosity and soaking time approximate relationship.Further tests under different temperature conditions of active material melting snow and precipitation regularity of formula embedded active melting of snow and ice mix asphalt material porosity variation analysis temperature loads on embedded type active melt snow and ice influence asphalt mixture also passed.Accelerated load test machine simulation to study the effect of vehicle load mix Porosity variation due to the vehicle speed different active material melting snow and precipitation of law formula embedded active asphalt melt snow and ice,vehicle load analysis for embedded active financial formula snow asphalt impact.The results showed that the action of water,temperature,load,vehicle load to melt snow and ice with Embedded initiative asphalt active material deposited snow and ice melting speed and porosity changes have different effects.This article has been water,temperature load after load on the vehicle type embedded active financial trends affecting the ice asphalt mix Porosity,set test conditions after the preparation of active melting of snow and ice deposited material porosity maximize the specimen.Using modified immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test to evaluate their water stability,high temperature rutting test to evaluate the high temperature stability,low temperature bending failure test to evaluate the low temperature crack resistance.The results showed that the active material deposited snow and ice melt porosity changes caused by melting snow and ice will take the initiative with Embedded asphalt mixture water stability,high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance compared to ordinary asphalt mixture has reduced to varying degrees,but still in line with domestic regulatory requirements.
