Based On SLP Method Of Land Port Function Layout Planning Research

Land port is located in the economic center of railway, highway interchanges, to facilitate cargo handling, temporary storage station, it is in accordance with relevant international transport regulations, treaties and conventions established opening up international port.In tne current era of large logistics,China's inland areas to promote economic growth and development of foreign trade, have started planning to build an international dry port.However, due to the actual construction of dry ports lack of experience, the theoretical basis is relatively weak, the planning and construction of dry ports lack of methods and theories guiding and feasibility of such functions and the role of dry ports can not be fully exploited.In this paper, dry ports as the research object, study its function area layout planning, to guide the healthy and orderly land Harbor Planning and Construction.In this paper, SLP actas a core research methods of land port layout studied.Article first generalizes and summarized the related research and land port function area planning related cases both at home and abroad of land port,Analysis the application of SLP method in land port function area layout planning feasibility.Secondly, analysis of the basic principles,the impact of factors, implementation steps, application status and other basic content of SLP method.At the same time summarize the basic concept classification, characteristics and settings as well as the connotation of the general principles of the current dry port function area layout planning, procedures, methods, layout modes of land port.,and summarized current problems of land port layout planning.In the mastery of the SLP method content is related with land port regions,analyze the specific steps and operation for SLP method applied to land port function layout, including the basic elements, function area, comprehensive mutual relationship between functional areas and other contents.Finally applied the SLP method to the case of zhengzhou land port area layout planning of the empirical analysis, combining with the actual situation of zhengzhou land port reaches several preliminary layout plan and then introduced into Analytic hierarchy process to evaluate schemes merit, the optimal layout scheme, calculated the zhengzhou land port to verify the operability and feasibility of research method in this paper.
