Research On Renovation Design Of Structure With Demolishing Column And Construction Monitoring Of High-rise Building On First Floor

With the concept of green building and low carbon building,more and more buildings will be facing the modern reinforcement which is low input and low consumption.Supporting beam and demolishing column,as a kind of transformation method which commonly used to increase the space of the building,widely used in industrial and civil construction,its proportion in the renovation engineering is more and more big and in rapid development.Since the structures under reforming are time-dependent structures and construction work is of high difficulty,consequently,the reforming engineering project of existing building is of high risk.This paper will study the implementation combine with the engineering example on how to demolish column safety and reliably.This paper research on the “demolishing column and construction monitoring” structure reconstruction project combining with a high-rise building,analysis in the renovation design of the structure with demolishing column,the construction process and monitoring.First of all,several schemes are proposed for demolishing column,building model with PKPM series software,calculate and contrastive analysis the internal force of engineering structure before and after the engineering modifications,to determine the final demolishing column scheme is diagonal bracing and cow-leg pillar.According to the stress analysis of the component to determine whether to affect peripheral components,whether need to reinforce the component,then choose the appropriate reinforcing method for their reinforcement.Then,design the supporting scheme in the process of the reconstruction project with demolishing column,choose the gantry support and the lattice-style steel support as a temporary support which is light weight,high strength and the structure is novel.To determine the position where need to support and the position where need to focus on monitoring.Finally,real-time monitors the engineering construction,get the stress and strain data of each monitoring point.Compare monitoring data with software data;draw a conclusion that the reconstruction project with demolishing column is scientific and effective.
