In recent years, metro construction has developed rapidly in our country, the risk management of metro construction is being concerned by more and more researchers. Shield tunnel construction, because of its high mechanization and other advantages, has been widely used in metro tunnel construction in cities of China and all over the world. However, the technology of shield tunnel construction is complex, and involves many security and environmental problems. Dalian has special geological conditions, so the metro runnel construction using shield is very difficult, and the probability of accidents is very high. Therefore, we need to use scientific and reasonable method, to identify and evaluate the risk in the process of Dalian shield metro tunnel construction, which not only has value in theory, but also can help solve the problem of the actual metro tunnel construction safety, and can guide the risk management in practice.This paper, considering the actual condition of Dalian metro construction, and the research of shield tunnel construction technology, based on the study of the risk management, according to the method of shield tunnel construction in the accident, analyze the risk factors in the construction of shield method, identification during construction process of the construction using work breakdown structure to establish risk breakdown structure network, to determine the subway shield tunnel construction risk evaluation index system.In this paper, the Bayesian network method was applied to the metro tunnel construction in the process of risk management, based on risk evaluation index system, according to the characteristics of the construction risk, the risk probability and risk the loss of the accident had two aspects to evaluate the overall level of risk:using the method of Bayesian network to evaluate the probability of occurrence of a risk, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate risk the loss of the accident, resulting in the overall level of risk of quantitative results.Finally, this paper use the relevant methods involved in this paper, considering the actual conditions of Dalian metro shield tunnel construction, to evaluate the risk level of metro construction, and gives some feasible suggestions of risk prevention and control measures.
