The city is a symbol of modern civilization and social progress,is the main carrier of economic and social development.But along with the China's urbanization process accelerated,the rapid development of urban construction have been expanding,the rapid expansion of the urban population,many cities appear in varying degrees of shortage of land,living space congestion,traffic jams,traffic accidents occur frequently,reducing urban green space and other issues.To reduce ground traffic and other issues,people began to look for new traffic patterns.In today's world,developed countries have put on the development and utilization of urban underground space as an important way to solve the urban population,resources and environment crisis and heal the three important measures "City syndrome" and the implementation of the sustainable development strategy of the city.Urban underground space as a new land and resources by individual countries more and more attention,the use and development of urban underground space has become a worldwide trend,and as a measure of the modern city symbol.In this context,the shield tunneling method with their own advantages as the primary means of urban underground construction.In this paper,the results have been based on domestic and international risk management techniques and risk management processes research,to be optimized and improved,the construction characteristics of the tunnel for the city shield,a systematic analysis,probability theory and simulation technology,fuzzy mathematics and fault tree analysis technology management of the underground project targeted risk were studied system can provide recommendations for the practice of project risk management.Many researchers around this problem,make a lot of useful research and get a lot of important achievements,development and application of risk management and control tunnel theory,reducing the project cost,effective protection of the environment,scientific construction safety and reduce casualties,etc.significant role for improving the country's scientific and technological strength,improve people's living standards,the revitalization of the national spirit of great significance.The main contents of this article are:(1)Risk management step,elaborate risk identification,estimation and evaluation of common methods,and focus on these risk analysis techniques longitudinal comparison,clearly the merits and conditions of various analytical methods;the main aspects and technical points(2)evaluation of shield tunneling.Qualitative and quantitative engagement,dynamic,risk management approach combining static part of the main shield tunnel construction risk identification,risk analysis.(3)The combination of Xi'an Metro Line project examples,a comprehensive analysis of the construction process to identify the main risk factors.Try the risk management system and software systems together,initially built shield tunneling expert risk management system for the shield tunnel.
