With China's rapid socio-economic development and progress of science and technology, building engineers design structures gradually become more complicated and diverse. In this environment, the development of Irregular Tall Building in our increasingly fast, structure type is also increasingly become more complicated; In addition, recent seismic activity in the territory of our country is still very active, and therefore, irregular Tall Building the reaction in earthquake research and analysis has a certain degree of practical significance and practical value, in order to reduce the effect of the earthquake caused economic losses and casualties. Frame- shear wall structure is a high-rise building structures in a more common structure to study its seismic performance under earthquake, the seismic behavior of other studies can give rise building structural system to provide some valuable advice.Firstly, the analytical frame- shear wall structure of the mechanical performance and a frame, shear wall work principle under lateral loads, torsion mechanism irregular structure analysis, to understand the irregular frame- shear wall structure torsion effect factors to study irregular frame to the post- seismic performance and shear wall structure reasonable arrangement.Secondly, the analysis method of seismic design of tall buildings, introduced modal analysis, response spectrum analysis, time history analysis principles and Pushover analysis, and solving each equation.Then, through the establishment of several irregular vertical frame- shear wall structure model, the structure of the software SAP2000 structural model for each modal analysis, response spectrum analysis, time history analysis, Pushover analysis, comparison of each two kinds model in the same kind of conditions seismic performance.Finally, by using SAP2000 software structure of a 20 th storey flat irregular frame- shear wall structures were before and after optimization and optimization of seismic response analysis to understand the structure of each of the two seismic performance under the same kinds of conditions. And finally a reasonable arrangement position of shear wall structure can effectively increase the lateral stiffness, improve seismic performance.
