With the development of China's economy, the city scale is getting bigger and bigger, the application of the district heating is more and more common.Directly buried installation is Widely used for small effects on environment less? land occupied short construction period and economical and applicable. In recent years Cogeneration is widely used and that make the diameter, temperature and Internal pressure of pipes more big And few system research is made on the law of the force in China.Firstly, the finite element model of the interaction between the soil and pipeline is established by ANSYS.Analysis the law of the deformation and internal force under Direct-installation and Preheating-installation when the pipeline start. Secondly, Parametric analysis of several main factors is made like length of the pipeline, the radius and angle of the bends etc.by APDL of ANSYS.The research results show that : preheating installation can significantly reduce the deformation and internal force of pipeline. The deformation of the bend is more significantly than the other parts. The shear and moment is more larger at the bend than the other parts.Axial force is uniform increased from the bend to straight pipe and reach the maximum at the anchor point.
