Accuracy control management plays a very important role in shipbuilding, having a direct effect on the safety and performance of the ship. And it mains that the stages of block fabrication, platform pre-erection and dock erection should be under quality control strictly to satisfy the accuracy standard. China, Japan and Korea are good at shipbuilding. However, China has many disadvantages compare to Japan and Korea. Specifically, the disadvantages of accuracy control are not only in block building stage, but also in pre-erection and erection stage. The research focus of the thesis is the accuracy control and management of pre-erection and erection process for building the ship hull, improving the accuracy management level. Afterwards, the new accuracy management method is applied to shipbuilding in shipyard. A good result comes out by analyzing the representative parameters.The thesis aims at improving accuracy management level of shipbuilding by Ecosystem. The object of study is 9200 container ship series building for CGM&CMA in DSIC shipyard. Based on shipbuilding process and workmanship technology, some solving ways about the accuracy problems of block pre-erection and erection process are put forward and some typical parameters are built-up. And the disadvantages of controlling the accuracy based on statistical data in way of substituting compensation for allowance are put forward. Then, with the help of computer technology, the accuracy control model of ship block pre-erection and erection process based on Ecosystem is carried out. Afterwards, aiming at the problems coming out at the pre-erection stage and the erection stage of first 9200 container shipbuilding process, Ecosystem is applied to solve the problems and improve the shipbuilding accuracy for the follow-up ships,obtaining good effect.In a word, the thesis explains accuracy management method by means of modern computer technology. And it does good to digital shipbuilding and enhancing the level and efficiency of shipbuilding. Block pre-erection and erection accuracy control problem that there is much cut modification is solved with the help of the model that is built-up based on Ecosystem. Besides, some other good effects come into being using Ecosystem, such as enhancing the pre-erection and erection efficiency, saving labor power and material resources, reducing the period of shipbuilding and achieving profit maximization. Finally, all these factors let the inland shipyard reach a high shipbuilding level just like Japan and Korea.
