Since the industrial revolution, mankind has created more material wealth than the sum of the material wealth created by thousands of years before.Meanwhile, humans also paid a huge price of resources and environment.Carbon dioxide emissions from human activities are the main cause of global warming,NASA pointed out,the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has reached about400ppm,reaching the highest point of the past 800 thousand years at least. In this paper, the monthly average CO2 column concentration obtained by GOSAT satellite?L3 data?was utiled to study the spatial and temporal charatersistics at different regional scales. The correlation analysis for CO2 was conducted among NDVI,temperature,DEM and social statistics caculated from China Statistical Yearbook, including carbon emission,GDP and population.?1?Rising trend for CO2 concentration in China was displayed from 2010 to2015,With the passage of months and seasons,it presents obvious periodicity and seasonal variation. The concentration of CO2 in China's regions also showed a general trend of rising, the annual growth rate in China's regions was at about 0.50%.CO2 concentration of China in the spatial distribution displayed a clear dividing line,The CO2 concentration on both sides of the dividing line had a significant difference. In the southeastern part of the dividing line, the average CO2 concentration was high,Shanghai, zhejiang, anhui and hubei are among the top four municipalities, the CO2 concentration in the northwest was low,Inner Mongolia, qinghai, xinjiang, gansu and Tibet are among the bottom five municipalities.?2?In most of the administrative regions of China, the periodic change of CO2concentration showed a significant negative correlation with the change of NDVI.The influence of surface temperature on CO2 concentration was significantly different in each administrative region, the correlation analysis of GOSAT CO2concentration and DEM was conducted in each administrative region,It was calculated that there was a significant negative correlation between the annual mean of CO2 concentration and the terrain data during 2010-2015.The CO2 concentration has a significant positive correlation with energy consumption carbon, gross domestic product?GDP?and population in China.?3?In addition, the effect of LMDI decomposition on energy consumption carbon emissions based on improved Kaya identity was studied. It was concluded that the cumulative effect of energy structure effect was positive during 2004-2014,which indicates that there is no big adjustment of energy consumption structure in China.Coal, oil, natural gas and other traditional energy still occupy a dominant position.Industrial structure, the cumulative effect of energy intensity is negative, indicating that China's energy efficiency and the gradual optimization of industrial structure.
