The phosphate rock from Yunnan Province mainly is rubber phosphate,according to statistics,the average content of rubber phosphate is 62.68%,in addition to a small amount of fine-grained apatite and secondary silver pyrite-like stone,In the rubber phosphate in the form of particles and cements exist in two forms,of which the proportion of particles and cement were 53.31% and 9.37%.Associated gangue minerals are mainly dolomite,calcite,chalcedony,quartz,clay minerals,and a small amount of glauconite,pyrite and carbonaceous materials.As the rubber phosphate does not have a certain fixed molecular formula,there is no certain crystal structure,are amorphous.Pelletite is mostly massive oolitic structure,sometimes showing a combination,spherical or powder,etc.,is a kind of fine structure with a fine dispersion of apatite,is the most difficult to choose the phosphate rock.The flotation reagent of phosphate rock has a decisive effect on the ore dressing index in the process of phosphate rock flotation.The research on phosphate rock at home and abroad mainly focuses on the flotation process and flotation agent.With the maturity of phosphate flotation process,the current focus of research focused on phosphate flotation chemicals.Phosphate flotation collector mainly uses fatty acids and their derivatives.Because of the wide range of fatty acids and the mineral composition and surface properties of the ore due to different mining areas,In this paper,using UV-vis spectrophotometer to measure the absorbance of flotation reagents after the effect of ore under different flotation factors,and the method of pushout reagent adsorption,the performance of flotation collector is studied.The Haikou mining area carbonate type phosphate deposit of this paper is marine sedimentary type phosphate rock,the natural types of ore are mainly strip(striate)-like phosphorite,dolomite,siliceous phosphate rock,dense block phosphate rock,weathered phosphorite and phosphorus dolomite.The main useful minerals are lump ore and granular phosphorite.Gangue minerals are mainly dolomite,Silica,chalcedony,followed by a small amount of iron-iron minerals,clay minerals and so on.Under the microscope,the inlay granularity of the phosphate rock phosphate in the three main minerals is relatively coarse,the inlay granularity of dolomite is medium,the inlay granularity of Shi ying and chalcedony is finer.In + 0.076 mm,most of the minerals are in the form of interlocking body;-0.076~+ 0.045 mm,the monomer dissociation degree of the phosphate rock increased,the dissociation degree is medium,the monomer dissociation degree of-0.045 ~ +0.038 mm,phosphate rock reached more than90 %,the dissociation is good,and the intergrowth of phosphate rock is mainly with dolomite;The monomer dissociation degree of-0.038~+0.03 mm,phosphate rock is slightly increased than that of-0.045~+0.038 mm,and the content of jiao with dolomite is also slightly increased.it shows that the dolomite particles are small and grinding is difficult to dissociate.The monomer dissociation degree of the whole ore sample was about 86.72 %.In this paper,the reverse flotation test of carbonate-type phosphate rock in Haikou area shows that YP6-2 can be used to the whole sulfuric acid process and mixed acid process,and the ideal selection index can be obtained.The flotation performance of the collector YP6-2 was studied.when the flotation reagent was heated to 65?,the flotation efficiency was improved,the concentration was 1 %,and the reagent mineralization time was more than 1 minute.In the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,the pure substance of the main composition of the collector YP6-2 was used as a contrast sample,and the wavelength of the maximum absorption peak of the collector YP6-2 was measured at 302 nm.and then the standard curve is made on the basis of the maximum absorption peak of the reagent.the linear relationship between reagent concentration and absorbance isy = 1.3152 x-0.019.Under the conditions of different flotation factors,the absorbance of YP6-2 flotation solution was determined,and the adsorption amount of Anti was 13.81 mg / l,and the adsorption efficiency was 46.02%,the flotation performance of collector YP6-2 was studied.The flotation test results are consistent with the results of the corresponding reagent adsorption,and the results are consistent with the flotation test results.
