Activated carbon supported noble metal ruthenium catalysts have shown excellent performance in hydrogenation reaction and have been applied to numerous hydrogenation systems.To develop a more efficient hydrogenation process,Ru/AC and Ru-Ni/AC catalysts were prepared with precious metal ruthenium as the active metal using the biomass reduction method and the chemical reduction method respectively.And hydrogenation of methyl methacrylate(MMA)and diisononyl phthalate(DINP)were studied with these two catalysts respectively.The properties of liquid-phase hydrogenation of these two systems under the action of ruthenium-based catalysts were studied respectively,and the optimal conditions of hydrogenation were obtained.Through a series of characterization analysis,high activity and high stability of the ruthenium-based catalyst were analyzed.The main work and results of this thesis are as follows:1.Ru/AC catalyst was prepared by biomass reduction method and applied to liquid phase hydrogenation of MMA.Methyl isobutyrate was prepared through the saturation of carbon-carbon double bond.A variety of techniques,such as N2 adsorption-desorption experiments(N2-BET),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were employed to characterize both the supports and the catalysts.Under the catalyst system,the liquid phase hydrogenation of methyl methacrylate was studied.The effects of reaction conditions(temperature,pressure and reaction time)on the hydrogenation of MMA were investigated.The stability of the catalyst was evaluated.Under the optimized conditions,a high conversion of MMA of 100%can be obtained;2.Carbon supported bimetallic catalyst with active metal ruthenium and additive nickel was prepared by chemical reduction method and applied to the hydrogenation of DINP to prepare environmentally friendly plasticizer.The prepared support and catalyst structure were tested and characterized by SEM,EDS and XRD.The effects of hydrogenation conditions(temperature,pressure and reaction time)on DINP hydrogenation reaction were investigated experimentally.The kinetics of DINP hydrogenation reaction was systematically investigated.The kinetic parameters were simulated by MATLAB kinetics and reacted simulation of the industrial scale for the preparation of environmentally friendly plasticizer has a reference value.
