Cyclohexane carboxylic ester is a kind of important chemical intermediates, which is widely used as modification of polymer materials, polyester resin monomer and a kind of environmentally friendly plasticizer and additives. In industry, cyclohexane carboxylic acid esters are prepared by selective hydrogenation of phthalic acid esterovercatalyst. In this paper, activated carbon immobilizedon Pd-Ru catalystswereprepared by the microwave reduction method, and catalytic hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate(DMT), dimethyl phthalate(DMP) and diisononyl phthalate(DINP), werecarriedoutunder relatively mild liquid phase condition.The effects of different active component of the catalysts on catalytic hydrogenation of DMT were studied by using the different active components of catalyst supported on activated carbon,Aseries of different molar ratio Pd-Ru catalystsupported on active carbon were prepared by the microwave reduction method, the synergy of Pd-Ru catalyst was investigated, and the result of different molar ratio Pd-Ru catalyst on the conversion ratio of DMT and selectivity of dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate(DMCD)was discussed.The influence of different reaction parameters on the catalytic hydrogenationofDMT over 1Pd6Ru/C catalysts was discussed.The conversion rate of DMTreached 100% and selectivity of DMCD reached 98.6% under reaction conditions(50 oC,2.0 MPa,1 h,1100 r/min).By changing reaction condition, we observed that, catalytic activity showed an upward trend as temperature or pressure increased. The catalyst was used to catalyze ortho, meta, para-benzenedicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester, and the hydrogenation degree of difficultywas para > meta > ortho.The analysis method of the catalytic hydrogenation conversion rate of DINP was established. The influence of different reaction parameters on the catalytic hydrogenationof DMPand DINP over 1Pd6Ru/C catalysts was discussed.The conversion rate of DMPreached 100% and selectivity of product reached 99.2% under reaction conditions(40 oC,2.0 Mpa,1 h). Under the condition of solvent-free reaction, The conversion rate of DINPreached90% under reaction conditions(150 oC, 3.5 MPa, 4 h), When catalyst and reactantmolar ratiowas 1:10.
