Gas explosion is one of the five major disasters in coal mine accidents in China,has a very important significance.This paper is how to effectively control the visual function of the 20L multifunctional spherical gas/dust explosion experiment device and high-speed digital camera,select C3HF7 and NaHCO3 as anti explosion agent,through the study of different concentrations of CH4 in C3HF7,flame image NaHCO3 gas solid compound fire extinguishing agent under the condition of explosion,analyzes the influence of the flame structure on gas explosion and propagation.The experimental results show that:(1)With the increase of the total time of the explosion,flame contour from round apple shaped gradually to the development,the apple shape gradually to the mushroom cloud development,due to agglomeration of NaHCO3 makes the vessel explosion reaction in explosive mixture distribution is not uniform,the flame appears irregular contour shape;flame image contour smoothing the images are symmetrical;with the weakening of methane explosion intensity,flame center to shift;the reflection luminous flame NaHCO3 powder is relatively strong.(2)Add C3HF7,8%,9.5%,11%of CH4 the speed of flame propagation under drop the degree of the order of 63.7%,84.7%,92.7%;Adding NaHCO3,CH4 speed of flame propagation in different concentrations decreased significantly,obvious explosion suppression effect,but the explosion of change in the quantity of NaHCO3 on the CH4 velocity changes little;C3HF7 gas and NaHCO3 powder mixture to inhibit CH4 explosion,flame propagation speed is the biggest drop in 75.4%,88.8%,100%,that the mixture of C3HF7 and NaHCO3 inhibit CH4 explosion,impact on the high concentration of CH4 is larger,less impact on the low concentration of CH4.In the early stage of gas explosion,the loss caused by fire is small,so the development of flame in the early stage of gas explosion is of great significance to control gas explosion.
