| Mine gas disaster is one of the major disasters in coal mine accidents in our country,has a strong destructive.According to statistics,China's major accident of coal mine has killed more than 10 people,90%for gas coal dust explosion accidents,cause great economic loss,serious threat to the miner's life safety.Therefore how to effective prevention and control of gas explosion in practice,has the very vital significance.The powder and inert gas explosion suppression technology has been the focus of domestic research.With 20 L nearly spherical stainless steel blast system,this paper select C3HF7 gas,NaHCO3 powder as suppressant,by studying the different concentration of methane in C3HF7 gases,NaHCO3 powder and under the condition of the gas-solid mixture inhibitor explosion pressure peak value,maximum pressure rise rate and other parameters,analyzes the regulation of gas explosion suppression and explosion suppression effect.C3HF7 experiment results show that the low concentration gas CH4 explosion of 8%,9.5%,promote the effect of explosion,CH4 explosion have inhibition effect of 11%,and at the same time reduce CH4 explosion limit and lower limit;NaHCO3 powder of different concentrations of CH4 explosion has explosion suppression effect,1.5 g of NaHCO3 powder for 8%of CH4 inhibition effect is best,explosion pressure drop by 71.5%,2 g of NaHCO3 powder of 9.5%and 9.5%of CH4 inhibition effect is best,pressure fell by 39.1%and 87.3%respectively,and narrowed the explosion limit,when the NaHC03 powder for 2 g,explosion limit of 6.5%?6.5%;CH4 concentration was 8%and 9.5%,C3HF7 gas weakened NaHCO3 powder explosion suppression effect,NaHCO3 powder on C3HF7 gas effect on promoting explosion suppression is weak.CH4 concentration was 11%,NaHCO3 powder was optimized C3HF7 gas explosion suppression effect,NaHCO3 powder improved the same C3HF7 gas inhibition.The study on the gas-solid mix inhibitors inhibit provided the experimental data of mine gas explosion,has a certain guiding significance. |
