According to the Daqing North Saertu Development Area A is not put into operation into the station carried out research,clarify the existing process,combined with the geological conditions of injection station,analysis of deficiencies existing in the production process of the station,puts forward the research further process optimization.After the optimization of the process in the station,combined with the production needs of the polymer injection station,the paper proposes the scheme of the PLC automatic control system into the polymer injection station,and forms a complete design scheme of the automatic control system.The reliability of automatic control system of polymer injection station is very high,so it is necessary to design the automatic control system according to the production environment.First of all,the structure of the automatic control system of polymer injection station is planned,and then the connection mode between the network and the PLC automatic control system is set up.In the process of the design of the whole polymer injection station automatic control system,the design scheme is determined based on the principle of reliability,economy,simplicity and openness.Based on the PLC technology and the automatic control system of learning and research,to fully grasp the production function after the station of the program and the main function and application of polymer injection.Based on the investigation report of the process in the station,the hardware and software design of the PLC automatic control system for polymer injection station were made.Injection station site conditions made with polymer,the hardware design of PLC control system,choose the desired function modules(processor module,communication module and I/O module),after the design of the network system,information and control layer and device layer three network layers were determined.According to the characteristics of polymer injection process,the suitable parameter sensor is selected,and the configuration and application of RSLinx software are designed.Stability and accuracy is an important indicator to measure the pros and cons of software.Combined with the design concept of the polymer injection site,a detailed software development and design program is made,which provides technical support for the production line of polymer injection station.Finally,the implementation of PLC automatic control system of polymer injection station in the process of trial,field application,starting from the angle of field application of PLC automatic control system is developed into the station monitoring and control system of production condition in the polymer,in order to ensure the operation of the automatic control system of safety and high reliability requirements.Through the RSView32 configuration software program settings,the PLC automatic control system is better applied to the injection station instrument and equipment data monitoring,to achieve the purpose of standardized production management.Through field application,the PLC automatic control system runs stably and meets the design requirements.
