Research Of Denox Electrical Control System In Baosteel

This paper mainly focus on a new set of DENOX system for the CAPL line in Baosteel stainless company,cold rolling plant and it discusses the design and realization of the electrical control systems in both hardware and software.This paper introduces the control system and the corresponding process of DENOX system,discusses the design of electrical control system,including hardware selection,network and communication,software design and programming,Human Machine Interface,DENOX fuzzy PI control system design,etc.DENOX automatic control system uses ABB 800 xA system as the main platform for the implementation of the electrical control system and uses ABB AC800 PEC as controller.It also uses Graphic Builder tools integrated in 800 xA system as the tool of Human Machine Interface.Control Builder M(CBM)Professional,integrated in 800 xA system,is used as the programming tool.PLC controller and server use Industrial Ethernet for communication,and use the Profibus-DP for the information transmission between the distributed field bus controller and remote I/O.The system adopts all kinds of mature and stable digital and analog sensor and actuator as on site equipment.At present,most of the control systems for industrial applications are still using the traditional PID controller.PID control as a widely used industrial controller,has many advantages,such as,a simple and easy way to understand,easy to adjust the parameters,strong reliability,good anti-interference,high steady-state accuracy,etc.But because of the DENOX control system is a complex system of nonlinear,time-varying,lagging,it can not meet the control requirements by using fixed parameters PID controller.So in this paper,the DENOX temperature and concentration control system is proposed to combine the fuzzy control andthe traditional PID control method,and achieved good results.
