At present,the oil flooding technology in Daqing oilfield has been changed from traditional water flooding to chemical flooding,and polymer flooding has been basically completed in high permeability reservoir in middle main block of Daqing oilfield,the next step of flooding in Daqing oilfield is to efficiently exploit low permeability reservoirs.In the original general injection technology,the compatibility of the polymer solution or three element composite solution to some reservoir is poor,the high permeability reservoir has been mined,and can't reach for low permeability reservoir exploitation effect.In order to improve the overall development effect and complete the exploitation of low permeability reservoirs,Daqing oilfield has put forward a single tube injection technology.By comparing the performance of ASP solution and polymer solution through different structures,the paper obtains the corresponding data,and finally completes the optimization research of the sub quality tools.First of all,according to the quality of different structure into the tool flow analysis for liquid flows through the drive before and after using FLUENT software,the distribution of the solution through before and after the velocity and pressure,turbulent kinetic energy and the corresponding parameters.Make sure the effects of different structure on solution tool pressure and flow velocity and turbulent kinetic energy: under the same conditions,the diameter of 2mm injection tools the maximum pressure drop;the larger diameter,the axial velocity to maintain distance is long;the larger diameter,the axial center line on both sides of the turbulent kinetic energy distribution is more uniform.Secondly,The experimental results show that the ternary composite solution viscosity decreased with increasing shear rate,and curve fitting formula is law of power law;The solution of the first normal stress difference gradually increased with the increase of shear rate and show the linear rule;With the increase of polymer molecular weight or the increase of mass concentration,the ternary composite solution of viscoelastic about high;After through the equipment,the viscoelastic law of ternary compound solution is consistent with untreated solution,but each solution occurred varying degrees of decline on the viscoelasticity of soultion.Finally,using computer programming technology,combining the solution through the tool of the data change and demand for quality tools,tools for visual programming optimization of chemical flooding,and the conclusion is that the software has certain accuracygreatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of optimization tools.
