The paper was to explore resistance control technology of absorption of Sr,Cs by plant leaves, with four kinds of plants including Photinia serrulata,Grapefruit,Osmanthus, Fatsia, especially.Firstly, the compositions and structure of plant leaves were characterized systematically, and characteristics and mechanism of absorption of nuclides by cuticle of plant leaves were researched,as will adsorption contribution of leaves cuticular fractions. The experiment chose sodium chloride to control absorption of nuclides. The effect was obvious, and related key parameters were obtained. The results showed that plant leaves cuticle mainly contained methylene, hydroxyl and carboxyl functional groups and so on.Abundant waxes were distributed over the outer surface, while the inner surface was polysaccharide. The function of adsorption of nuclides mainly is electrostatic, simultaneously, other function such as ion exchange and complexation. The nuclide adsorption contributions of components of cuticle:sugar>cutin>>cutan>waxes, and the adsorption capacity of Sr2+ was obviously stronger than Cs+ for the components of cuticle.Leaves could be protected because of Waxes, but would adsorb nuclides strongly when hurt. For example, the adsorption capacity of Sr2+ by Photinia serrulata leaves could reach 1.8?g·piece-1,while simulated damaged leaves, including cut leaves, perforated leaves, and damaged upper epidermis leaves, could adsorb 5.3,4.6,1.4 times of capacity of complete leaves. The adsorption capacity of Cs+ by Photinia serrulata leaves could reach0.67?g·piece-1,while simulated damaged leaves could adsorb 5.3,4.6,1.4 times of capacity of complete leaves.Na Cl solutions can effectively reduce the absorption of nuclides by plants.0.01 mol·L-1 was a important ion concentration, around which complete and simulated damaged leaves reduced adsorption capacity between 56%and 82%.By spraying the fertilizers of Na+,K+,Ca2+,plants which were exposed to nuclides could effectively reduce the risk of absorbing nuclides. The results was to provide technical references for preventing and controlling heavy metals pollution and producing safe agricultural productions.
