Focusing on the joints form of the low-dimensional models,this paper models the joints including perfect joints and clearance joints which exist in the practical projects and makes theoretical derivation and numerical calculation by using finite particle method to make up for the defect that there were no systematic studies on joints in the study of finite particle method.In the last part of this paper,the method of fine modeling of node surface was raised to solve the problem of structures like Bennett which would stop moving when the surface of joints contact.Firstly,based on finite particle method,this paper derives computing theory and formulas for some constrain forms of the actual structure model,including DOF Constraint(fixed and pinned joints),flexible support(displacement and rotation constraint),flexible connections(semi-rigid connection),DOF coupling(scissor-like hinge)and so on.To solve the clearance joints structures analysis problem,this paper classifies the joints including plane revolute pair,plane prismatic pair,spatial revolute pair,spatial spherical pair and spatial cylindrical pair.Based on finite particle method,This paper focuses on two aspects-mathematical model of clearance joints and contact force model which include modeling of clearance joints,detection of contact moment,criterion of motion pattern,relative velocity of potential contact points,choosing of contact force model and so on.As for the structures like Bennett which would stop moving when the surface of joints contact,the method of fine modeling of node surface facing universal computing platformin the low-dimensional level was raised.This paper raises the handling method of joints,the detection method of contact moment,the solution of rotation matrix of revolute joint orientation axis and the formulas for the force handling.After every theoretical derivation,some typical cases were analyzed to verify the accuracy.
