Climate comfortable degree is a biometrical indicator that characterizes the human body's comfort in weather/weather conditions from a meteorological perspective,based on the heat exchange between weather elements(temperature,humidity,sunshine,wind speed,etc.)and the human body,which according to the heat exchange between weather elements(temperature,humidity,sunshine,wind speed,etc.)and the human body.It reflects the body's awareness state of satisfaction with the hot and cold,and is an important factor of scientific guidance travel and human settlements environment.A complete climate comfortableness evaluation model(/index)usually involves"mechanism base-calculation model-grading standards" and so on,the reasonable sensible grading standards are final discretion of model' validity.However,sensible grading standards should be improved according to different people and local conditions.It can not be applied among all the areas simply.According to international standards and domestic practice,this paper points out that the traditional classification method,namely controlled experiment and natural investigation,can not conducive to the promotion.The local sample is difficult to reflect the national and the operational feasibility is impaired.This paper proposes a new perspective of the sensible grading standards of climate comfortable degree method,the seasonal anchor method.The climate comfortable degree method and temperature are regarded as two "rulers" of the human body's senses,both of which have a corresponding relationship in "somatosensory tolerance".The method includes 1)grading:determine the appropriate level 2)qualitative:determine the level of wording 3)quantitative:the definition of "somatosensory tolerance" 4)fixed point:the typical characteristics of spring and autumn "cool" as "anchor".In this paper,the temperature humidity index(THI)and the wind effect index(WEI)are used as examples to analyze and optimize the use of the "seasonal anchor method".In this paper,the temperature humidity index(THI)and the wind effect index(WEI)are used as examples to analyze and optimize the use of the "seasonal anchor method".Based on the daily mean temperature,relative humidity,average wind speed and sunshine hours of 814 basic and reference meteorological stations in China from 1981 to 2010,the temperature humidity index(THI)and wind effect index(THI)for the past 30 years were calculated.Then using three methods to verify the results of the classification.Such as probability verification,intersection verification and representation verification.It is confirmed that the results of the "season anchorage method" are consistent with the daily perception of people.In the end,the temperature humidity index(THI)and the wind efficiency index(WEI)are used as examples to calculate the climate comfort period/discomfort period of the Chinese mainland(1981-2010),and the climate comfort period,cold/heat In the comfort period,the spatial display and brief analysis were carried out,and the "seasonal anchor method" was verified again.The results show that the"seasonal anchor method" proposed in this paper has some universality,simplicity and stability,and it is of reference significance for the development of other climate comfort evaluation model(/index)sensible grading standards.
