As a complex physiological phenomenon,hibernation and the regulation of the immune system were inseparable.This study was detected 24 kinds of cytokines in different states of ground squirrel citellus,with MILLIPLEXTM MAP cytokine detection kit of rats and liquid chip scanner,ELISA double antibody sandwich kit,such as IL-1?,IL-1?,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-9,IL-10,IL-12?p70?,IL-13,IL-17,IL-18,EGF,Eotaxin,G-CSF,GM-CSF,GRO / KC,IP-10,MCP-1,MIP-1?,TNF-?,VEGF,Rantes and Leptin.The concentration of cytokines with two methods was obtained,can fully reflect the ground squirrel cytokine changes in vivo,confirmed using rat cytokine kit cytokines to detect the cytokine of ground squirrel Spermophilus was feasible.The results showed that the main factor cytokines affect animal hibernation was Leptin,Rantes,MIP-1?,VEGF.The body temperature of ground squirrels gradually decreased during the induction of hibernating.In the stage of deep hibernation,the body temperature of ground squirrel Spermophilus was minimum,the average abdominal temperature was 6.8 ?,the average rectal temperature was 6.2 ?,with the increase of the light incubator temperature,induced the ground squirrels regain consciousness,body temperature was gradually increased to its normal level.With a large number of food,Spermophilus ground squirrels' weight gain and stored energy in summer and autumn.In the hibernation process,ground squirrels regulated the metabolic rate of themselves,by the decomposition of stored fat to maintain a long winter's energy consumption,through the hibernation process,Spermophilus squirrel's weight was declined 100 g in general.In the verification experiment of hibernating transplantation about ground squirrel,autologous transplantation and allogeneic transplantation were two methods didn't kill the ground squirrel Spermophilus.Cytokines in the two methods showed no significant difference between the two methods after transplantation,body temperature was the same too,both methods proved themselves didn't transfer the final result of hibernation,both were feasible.2 days after the hibernating transplantation experiment,ground squirrels generally lower their temperature,10 days after transplantation,four in six ground squirrels into hibernation,migration success rate was 67%.From the comparison of hibernation after transplantation group and group didn't hibernate after transplantation can speculate,IL-6 and IL-17 were the two cytokines that the largest affect the final outcome of hibernation transplantation.
