"Ecological Inflection Point" Problems Of Technological Development And Its Solutions

The positive and negative social effect relations in the technology application are revealed through the research of ecological "inflection point" of technology. The ecological changes in technological development are synthesized and analyzed with some case studies on typical ecological inflection point in technological development, by applying the function calculus in mathematics. The ecological turning point in technological development, that is, technological inflection point is found out and taken as an opportunity to state the ecological track in technological development.The main content is:(1) By the analysis of the characteristic changes of major ecological indexes of technological development and mathematical methods, it is found that its inflection point is mostly in the period of saturation and degenerating when the technological development brings more negative effects than positive effects to the society, based on the implication of ecological inflection point of technological development. (2) The occurrence of technological ecological inflection point is further argued by the qualitative analysis of the technological development changes, science and technology policy changes, social environment changes, etc. (3) Discuss the problems triggered when technological development passes ecological inflection point and the role analysis of variable factors in technological and environment system such as people, technology and society. Find the occurring mechanism of ecological inflection point through the research of ecological "inflection point" of technology, explore the schemes to solve ecological inflection point problems and realize the harmonious development of people-technology-society. (4) Propose corresponding solutions and countermeasures aiming at the problems when ecological "inflection point" of technological development passes. Firstly, it is the ecological idea guidance of technology application and the technological and environmental ethical regulations of the engineers. Secondly, expand the R&D of ecological technology and incorporate technical solutions into the two-way dimensionality of "culture—project". Finally, the expert assessment and social evidential hearing are required before the application of new technique, social surveillance during the application and social evaluation of the application results. The interpretation of ecological "inflection point" rules of technology can guide to form three aspects of "technology—environment" system, which are ecological ethics, technology ecologicalization and social supervision on technology.What is innovation lies in that:(1) This paper studies a new project from the perspective of philosophy, which is ecological inflection point of technological development, introduces the implication of "inflection point" in mathematics, adopts and brings in mathematical function calculus. (2) Applying the case study methods, this paper proposes philosophical ethic paradigm of science and technology aiming at the causes, mechanism, influences and eliminating of ecological "inflection point" of research techniques.
