As market competition intensifies, more and more companies realize that human resource is a key factor in business success and development. In the process of human resources management, and compensation management and incentives are relatively important and essential part. YD Architectural Design Institute studied in this paper was founded in 2010, since its inception pay attention to the design and management of the institute think if the lack of an effective incentive pay system, will lead to not obtain a competitive advantage in human resources, and therefore good pay incentive system to fully stimulate employee enthusiasm and initiative to improve the efficiency of staff work effectively to promote long-term development.In this paper, YD Architectural Design Institute study, investigation and analysis and research through literature review, case studies, interviews, combined with the actual situation YD Design Institute for problems of the current system, a set of design development for the institute salary incentive system status. Contents of this paper consists of five parts: The first introduces the research background and significance, research situation, research methods and main content; the second is to study the various incentive theory, the project team, the concept of pay, incentive pay, etc. research on the salary system design type is analyzed; third is a combination of YD architecture design Institute, analyzes the original pay incentive system problems and find the reason; fourth is to conduct a pay incentive system design, determine the overall vision(basic ideas, the main objective and basic principles), analysis, and set to work to determine the terms corresponding to the design team with the project team a quota, then the salary structure design and grading, performance incentives implemented, the old and new incentive compensation program and contrast has been particularly design; Fifth propose appropriate safeguard measures.The innovations that the project team to architectural design perspective, the use of enterprise compensation management theory, the status of the project team in salary distribution YD Institute analysis, combined with the problems of project-based team YD remuneration allocation scheme and design institute design of pay incentive system, through a combination of theoretical and empirical research, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, so this study can solve YD institute incentive pay incentive system is not obvious, the function of pay incentive system is imperfect, compensation content incentive system is not comprehensive and other issues, optimizing the original incentive pay system, to adjust staff pay levels, and play the role of incentive pay incentive system to enhance the execution of the project team, cohesion and competitiveness.
