The thesis focuses on the R&D team of corporation, discuss on the basic compensation and incentive compensation of R&D team of corporation. Based on the compensation theory and incentive theory, start with the analyzing on the characteristic of personnel, task, and management. Combine the basic compensation systems and incentive compensation mechanisms which used in the practice. Established the basic compensation system and incentive compensation mechanism of R&D team of corporation. Based on the analysis of the work flow and task content of the R&D team of corporation, founded the competence model of the R&D team of corporation, and combine the competence model and basic compensation system with the Broad Band Compensation. Furthermore, bring forward how to make a price of competence and method to estimate the competence. In the study of incentive compensation, start with two angle which are the first allocation and second allocation. In the first allocation, we focus on R&D team's performance indicators and first allocating mechanism. Established the elementary the system of the process evaluation and the outcome evaluation, bring forward the incentive compensation mechanism which based on the EVA, furthermore, bring forward the account formula. In the second allocation, based on the role which the personnel of the R&D team act as, exercise the dynamic theory in the second allocation, furthermore, bring forward the role model and account formula.
