Study On The Cooperative Relations Between The EMC Subjects Based On CSV

As the energy conservation and environmental problems become increasingly serious, EMC has caused extensive concern and research as a significant mode in energy saving service industry. While the energy user(EU) in our country shows a lack of enthusiasm for EMC, and EU normally takes economics benefits of EMC into account and regards of social benefits and its feedback benefits, the development of EMC has been hindered to a certain extent. This paper explores EMC based on Creating Shared Value, and then promotes the cooperation between EU and EMC.Firstly, this paper systemically summaries current research and gets the briefing of the study in the field. It introduces EMC, Creating Shared Value and the Stakeholder Theory, and then divides the stakeholders according to the Stakeholder Theory.Secondly, this paper analyzes the mechanism of creating shared value about EMC in casual loop diagram of System Dynamic on the basis of elaborating the Creating Shared Value. This paper tries to find the value added process of EMC with Creating Shared Value.Thirdly, this paper builds a game model to analyze the relationship between EU and ESCo based on the mechanism of creating shared value. It compares the benefits of EU and ESCo among refusing energy saving, carrying out energy saving itself and using the ESCo, and the result shows that EMC can bring both more benefits and realize the value added under certain conditions.Then this paper focuses on the selection of partners and builds a Multi-attribute reverse auctions model including energy saving amount and the project leading time and shared energy saving ratio. This paper induces ESCo’s optimal strategy and EU’s optimal score function, and explores whether the US choose its strategy based on Creating Shared Value theory influences the benefits of the energy saving participants, finding out that making selections based on Creating Shared Value theory can bring both more benefits and the benefits have a positive correlation with society feedback benefit coefficient.Finally, this paper puts out that enhancing the cooperation bewteen EU and ESCo needs main stakeholders make joint efforts, and this paper puts forward suggestions in three aspects, such as regulating the energy saving industry, improving the ESCo’s energy saving service ability and strengthening propaganda among the EU.
