With the arrival of knowledge age, individual members force a quick transfer of information and knowledge exchange, so the team appeared and become a hot research field of management. How to optimize team learning to absorb and process information better to respond to the complicated environment, thereby improving team performance has become an issue of scholars concern urgently. Team make progress by team learning. Team learning behavior and team learning ability are two important elements of team learning, they both have important impact on team performance. At present, scholars already do some exploration and research on team learning, and have achieved some results, but there are still many imperfections aspects. First, the definition of team learning behavior is not clear, Thesis on the basis of previous studies, Innovatively integrated cognitive perspective, the process perspective and the perspective of information processing. Proposeing the definition of team learning behavior. Secondly, in the past, the research on the based on the IPO model(input-process- results of the model) consider the team learning behavior as mediating variables, and explore the relationship between the input variable and output variable. But the paper believes team learning behavior is not a direct impact on team performance, thus introducing team learning as an intermediary variable, this is an Innovation on research.First, carding relevant literature, summarizing the research status and basic results of the team learning behavior, team learning ability and team performance. Then do the theoretical derivation, Build the relation model of the team learning behavior, team learning ability and team performance. Taking team learning behavior as an intermediary variable. Team learning behavior is not considered has a direct effect on team performance but through an intermediary role of team learning behavior. Then, using questionnaires to obtain data, Pairing questionnaire and conducting research by team,(1) Using Cross-validation method of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to check tne Validity of team learning behavior scale,(2) Using the consistency checking to polymerize the individual level data to group level data.(3)Do the related analysis, stepwise regression analysis by SPSS software to test the relationship between team learning behavior and team learning ability. the relationship between team learning behavior and team performance, and the relationship between team learning ability and team performance.(4) Using hierarchical regression analysis to test the team learning ability’s intermediary role between the team learning behavior and team performance. Team learning behavior positively correlated with the team learning ability and team performance.Through theoretical analysis and empirical test, the main conclusions are: Knowledge identification, knowledge learned, constructive conflict, build collaboration and knowledge sharing have relevant relationship with discovery ability, inventiveness, ability to choose, generalization ability, the ability to acquire knowledge relevant relationship. Team learning behaviors affect team performance through team learning ability. Discovery capabilities, inventiveness, ability to choose, generalization ability, the ability to acquire knowledge play an intermediary role in the relationship of team performance and team learning behavior.
