The Research And Application Of Lean Production Line Construction Line Of CSR Meishan Company

Widely adapted in manufacture industry, Lean production is being treated as a great renovation for traditional production process; a revolutionary process came after single part production and mass production. China’s transition economy, coupled with the fierce challenge of decreasing profit margin for the domestic rail transportation industry, especially for the fright wagon manufacturer. By adapting with lean production, continuous improvement the efficiency and QC management, eliminate the waste can contribute to the core competence of the company.My essay is based on the implementation of the lean production in CSR Meishan Go.,Ltd,(hereinafter referred to as CSR meishan).The key points of my study are lean production process and lean production methods. Contents of my essay will be divided into five parts. The first part is theory study and background introduction. The second part is an overall plan about the process and key procedure and target to implement the lean production in CSR meishan, compiled with the condition on site. The third part is to analyze the simulation lean production line. Mainly on the process and executive procedure. The fourth part is to analyze the simulation distribution line, mainly on the implementation procedure and its connection with simulation production line and real production line.in the final part, analysis on the specification, process and advantages of Takt production will be introduced. The lean production mode formed during this essay will contribute to the lean production of rail transportation manufacturer.
