The Optimization Of Lithium-ion Battery Production Line Of XYDZ Company

The scientific layout of the production line can effectively reduce the production workshop area,can produce more products with the same workshop area,and can reduce the material carrying distance,so as to improve the operation efficiency of the production line.Production line balancing can match the capacity of production more reasonably,can eliminate production bottleneck and excess capacity,so as to reduce the idle time of each working procedure and give full play to the capacity of each working procedure,so that the overall production efficiency could be been improved.The projects in this paper are from lithium-ion battery production line of XYDZ Company.For urgent need to improve the efficiency of the production cannot meet the gradual warming of the market.Develop improvement measures based on the existing conditions of enterprises through finding and analyzing the problems from the production site.Optimize the layout and the balance of production line.The layout of the production line is analyzed and improved by using the method of "ASME flow chart" and "from-to matrix".The new layout scheme is put forward,which saved the area of the production line about 50%and shortened the logistics distance by 56%.The operation time of each working procedure is analyzed by using the theory of production line balance.The bottleneck processes are improved effectively with unified working process,simplified the handling process and facilitation of taking and putting production materials and tools,as well as by promoting the advantages of parallel work area through regrouping of the operators.With proper disposal of idle equipment,the excess production capacity is under control.The overall efficiency of the production line increased from 75.81%to 93.41%.Through the production capacity expansion plan,"Generalists",production capacity of the production line increased by 53.27%.The methods and conclusions of this paper can provide guidance and inspiration for the further expansion of this enterprise's products.
