How to attract and retain the talented person, stabilize the enterprise staff, optimize the allocation of human resources, is an urgent need to solve the problems in the development of human resources management in enterprises. In this issue, the pay plays a primary and key role. Strengthening of staff salary satisfaction investigation and research, can optimize the salary management pattern, enhance the employee’s salary satisfaction, improve working efficiency and achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Researching on enterprise employee satisfaction may provide a useful reference for the human resources management of large state-owned enterprises. The full text is divided into six chapters.Based on the theory of salary management and incentive mechanism, this paper analyzes the situation of Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited, the salary management and the status quo of the salary. In addition, this paper through the methods of questionnaire investigation and factor analysis of Tianjin Port Development Holdings Co., Ltd. employee s salary satisfaction status of research, find out the main factors that affect the pay satisfaction of the Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited. Finally, this article uses the 3PM salary idea design process, to the Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited present situation to propose the salary design proposal. The research of this paper has the reference meaning to the salary management mode of other similar enterprises.
